Yolande Carson, owner and proprietor of scissors paper rock, graduated from On Set Hair Academy For Motion Picture and Television. She began her career as a make-up artist eventually styling for independent film, commercials and has been published multiple times in industry magazines.

Yolande is also a Regional Educator for ENJOY Haircare Co. Whether teaching stylists or working in the salon with clientele of over 30 years, helping others is her greatest joy.
